Frequently asked questions
Ingredients, Allergies & Dietary Info
All our baked goods are made with high-quality ingredients like real butter, organic sugar, and traditional Swedish flours. We clearly list all ingredients on the back of each product. However, our treats are baked in a shared kitchen that also handles nuts, dairy, eggs, wheat, and soy, so cross-contamination is possible. Some items may be dairy-free or vegan-friendly. If you have questions about a specific ingredient or allergy, just email us at info@fikatotable.com, we’re happy to help.
Returns and issues
Email us at hello@fikatotable.com with your order number and a photo if possible. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.
Storage & Freshness
Store cookies and chokladbollar in a cool, dry place. You can also refrigerate or freeze them to extend freshness. Skorpor (crispy rusks) stay crisp in their original packaging for weeks.
How do you ensure cleanliness and food safety at Fika?
We take cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene extremely seriously, it's baked into everything we do. Every member of the fika team has completed ServSafe® food safety training, so you can trust that your treats are prepared in a clean, well-maintained commercial kitchen, following best practices every step of the way. From handwashing to surface sanitizing, we keep things spotless so you can enjoy every bite with peace of mind.
Where are your products baked?
Our baked goods are a mix of the best of both worlds. Some items are baked fresh by us right here in the Midwest using traditional Swedish recipes and organic ingredients. Others, like select cookies and specialty items, are sourced directly from top artisan bakers in Sweden who share our love for quality and tradition. Every product is carefully chosen to give you a true fika experience.
